It would have been easy for him to reverse course and go back home because of the less than ideal conditions of the voyage, yet he continues forward.

Why?  Because he knew it would be worth it.

It's going to get foggy, it's going to storm sometimes, but when you're faced with this simply make the choice to keep going.

Look for a way over around or under the obstacle, but make sure your choice is to continue and you WILL reach your destination.

"No.  I don't think that YOU understand life!"

Smart child.  Isn't that what you want too?  Just to be happy and enjoy and get the most that you can from your life, whatever your dreams and aspirations.

Don't worry about the past or the future. If you pay attention and live fully in the now both of those will
take care of themselves.
